For over three decades, Italian pianist 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐨 has undertaken an extraordinary journey: searching for, restoring, archiving, publishing, and performing the music written in all the concentration camps between 1933 and 1953. His travels around the world have unearthed forgotten scores and revived the musical memories of survivors, thus immortalizing the spirit of those who experienced music as an act of resistance against the violence of dictatorial power. His dedication has enabled him to collect over 8,000 scores and to share the knowledge of this music through masterclasses, lectures, and concerts around the world. Much music still awaits discovery. This is why the 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 was born, the one who will be ...
